Safeguarding for Employers

At GP Strategies Apprenticeships, we take our responsibility in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of apprentices, employers and staff very seriously, by protecting them from abuse, neglect and bullying. We recognise that we have a duty to help employers, staff and learners to recognise their responsibilities and provide guidance, support and training.

Equality and Diversity for Employers

GP Strategies Apprenticeships are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and diversity within all the communities in which we operate, and respects the identity, rights and values of each individual. Equality and diversity forums and training is available for all learners, employers and our staff to help promote equality and diversity within our network and invite them to attend a free half-day equality and diversity workshop at one of our local centres.

Complaints

Here at GP Strategies Apprenticeships we take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. How we deal with complaints is set out in our Customer Complaints Policy.


If you are unhappy with the services provided by GP Strategies Apprenticeships, you can email our dedicated complaints team on gpstlcomplaints@gpstrategies.com or call 0330 1000 610 (lines are open 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and we will resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
